By booking an appointment with Osadcha Nail Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined on this page.
Visiting Rules
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment — this includes friends, partners, and children under 10.
Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the service area.

Pets are not allowed, except for licensed service dogs.

We reserve the right to refuse service if these rules are not followed.

If service is denied due to bringing extra guests or pets, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a 100% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
This policy helps maintain a calm, professional, and safe environment for everyone.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, but last-minute changes affect our schedule and other clients.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked service.

No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service total.

Fees will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.

We allow 15 minutes grace period. Arriving late may result in an adjustment to your appointment or in a shortened service to accommodate the next client.

If your delay is significant, your service may need to be rescheduled, and the full service fee may apply.
Card on File / Deposits
To secure appointments and protect against no-shows, we require a card on file for all new clients.

Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show fees will be automatically charged to this card.

Returning clients may be asked to provide a card for certain high-demand or long appointments.
Changing Services
If you want to change the type of service booked:

Let us know in advance whenever possible.

Significant changes or upgrades during your appointment may require additional time and fees, and not all changes may be accommodated if the schedule is full.
Refunds

Refunds are not offered for completed services.

If a service is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days, and we will do our best to make it right under our service guarantee.
No Nail Polish Color Change
Per our policy, we do not change nail polish color after it has been applied and cured under a UV or LED lamp.

Every nail technician will confirm your color choice before starting your service to ensure you’re happy with it.

Because our technique is very detailed and the polish is applied close to the cuticle, attempting to remove or change it after curing would be uncomfortable and could damage your nails.

If you contact us hours or even a day later wishing to change the color, we unfortunately cannot accommodate this request.
Please take your time to choose a color you love — our team is happy to help guide you and answer any questions before starting your service.
