What kind of services do you offer?

Our studio specializes in structured gel (also known as E-file, Russian, dry) manicures and smart pedicures. Structured gel manicure is a technique that focuses on very detailed cuticle work using an electric file (e-file). The cuticle carefully lifted and cleaned, creating a neat, clean edge, and the nail plate is prepped very precisely before applying gel. It results in a very smooth, long-lasting finish and allows the gel color to be applied very close to the skin, almost looking like it was applied under the cuticle. This manicure will last 3,5-4,5 weeks, which gives you an extra 2 weeks for the nails to look freshly done.

How do I book an appointment? 

The easiest way to book an appointment is through our online booking system, which you can access on our website.

 

If you don’t see any availability, it’s likely because our schedule is already full. In that case, you’re welcome to contact us directly by phone at +1 (615) - 810- 6739, and we can check for any openings or add you to our waitlist. Once a spot becomes available, we will reach out to you to get you scheduled.

 

Please note:

  • Our booking calendar opens only for 2 months in advance. If you’re trying to book further out, no dates will appear.

  • Since appointments fill up quickly, if you don’t see availability online, it’s always a good idea to get in touch with us — there may be last-minute cancellations or openings we can help with.

Can I add nail art to my appointment?

Yes — you can absolutely request nail art, but we do ask that you let us know in advance. This allows us to reserve the extra time needed and make sure you’re booked with a technician who offers nail art and can execute the style you want.

 

We encourage clients to send us inspiration photos ahead of time so we can confirm the design is possible and give you an accurate price estimate.

 

A few important notes:

  • Not every nail technician in our studio offers nail art, so please check with us before booking.

  • Nail art is an add-on service and is priced separately from the base manicure.

  • If you arrive to your appointment and decide to change or significantly upgrade the design, we may not have enough time to accommodate it.

How do I know which nail technician to book with?

Our studio offers three levels of nail technicians: Junior, Intermediate, and Top-Level. The difference between these tiers is based on experience, skill level, and technique mastery.

 

All of our nail technicians are fully trained and have completed the required education. However, a Top-Level technician will have more advanced experience, offer a wider range of techniques, and typically work with more complex services or designs. A Junior technician is still skilled but is in the learning and growth stage of their career. We want to be transparent — they may not yet work as quickly or as advanced as a top technician, but they take every appointment seriously and always do their very best.

 

The choice is completely up to you — and the pricing will reflect each technician’s level of expertise.

What if my nail breaks, chips, or I have an issue after my appointment?

We offer a 3-day warranty on all nail services. If anything happens to your nails within three days — such as chipping, lifting, or breakage — we are happy to fix it for you at no charge. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to schedule a repair as soon as possible.

 

Please note:

  • Our schedule can get very full, so same-day or next-day repairs are not always guaranteed. We will always try to accommodate you as quickly as we can.

  • The warranty applies only to normal wear. Breaks or damage caused by outside factors (ex: hitting, peeling, picking, using nails as tools, etc.) are not considered a salon error and may require a paid repair.

  • After the 3-day period, repairs are no longer covered under warranty and will have an additional cost.

 

Our goal is always to make sure you leave happy and stay happy with your nails, and we’ll do everything we can to help if something goes wrong.
